Envision Medical Imaging (Envision) is a capital-intensive business requiring many senior specialist doctors plus support teams, all working all sorts of hours. Optimising the business required juggling a matrix of moving parts beyond ensuring our payroll was accurate, timely and compliant - David and his team provided brilliant clarity for productivity and profitability gains every week for 14 years.

Early Start Australia (ESA) snowballed its growth through an ambitious and sustained strategic acquisition program. David, Christine and their team, assisted with the due diligence, providing a granular discovery: exposing historical errors, removing risks and uncovering opportunities. As we acquired each new entity, they took on the payroll and compliance management, which in most cases required clean-up of historical long service leave accruals. 

Of course, they ensured payroll was compliant, accurate and timely, and one cannot underestimate the importance of this as a cultural unifier (we needed the practitioners as much as the books).
